Shipping Destinations
EHZ US Warehouse ships exclusively to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Shipping Methods and Rates

Rates are per order, regardless of order size. Free shipping promotions, if any, will be noted at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing typically takes 2–3 business days before shipment. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. EHZ US Warehouse is not responsible for carrier-side tracking delays.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated transit times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. EHZ US Warehouse is not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. EHZ US Warehouse is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Reshipment of packages returned as undeliverable due to address errors is at the buyer’s expense.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
